Two types of membership are available: Full Membership and Associate Membership.
Full Members are active venture capital/private equity management firms.
Associate Members include organizations and individuals related to the industry such as service providers in consulting, law and accounting, financial institutions, and academic institutions.
All Members (Full and Associate) should meet the following criteria:
Have an active interest in supporting the development of private equity and venture capital investing in Poland;
Agree to comply with the PPEA's Charter and Code of Conduct;
Be seconded by two full Members;
In addition, Full Members should meet the following criteria:
Have substantial capital under management - at least Euro 1 million;
Have their primary activity in providing equity capital primarily to unlisted companies;
Seek to make returns through medium to long-term capital gains;
Generally take an active role in providing management support to investees.
